what would be a good way to talk to her again?

I am currently a Junior in High School and I got a question! (Obviously). Anyways, there's this girl I know and really love but there's only one problem, I haven't talked to her for almost a year and a half or so. I got two classes with her this year, Calculus and History, if it matters. We're also on the same school bus.
I'm wondering what would be a good way to talk to her again, because I really want to ask her out! I really don't know if she has any feeling for me (Sometimes it seems like she does, at other times its seems like she doesn't). I'd love it if some one can give me a good honest answer.
